Who we are
Pete Clark holds a PhD in natural resource management from the University of Vermont and a master's degree from West Virginia University where he studied cliff ecology. He has over twenty years of climbing and environmental experience specializing in studying rare and inaccessible landscapes from cliffs to remote mountaintops to lava flows.
Trained in natural resource assessment, forestry, dendrochronology (tree-ring science), environmental disturbance and impact assessment, inventory and restoration ecology, vascular and nonvascular plant taxonomy, spatial assessment, and a high angle work, Clark and the Cliff Ecology network have a wealth of experience to draw on for all of your project's needs.
